Shipping Info
We will ship all orders typically within 2-3 business days discreetly to any address world wide. We use FedEx ground (hopefully express soon) so we can provide you with a tracking number, letting you know exactly where your order is and when it will get to you. For international orders, you must contact us so we can send you an invoice by email. We will use USPS for international shipping, due to the high cost of other carriers, unless otherwise requested. Please note that the Procyon 100 is not RoHS compliant, and does not have CE markings at this time. Buyer assumes all risks involved in shipping internationally, dependent on their local laws.
Returns
Typically returns will be accepted within 30 days from purchase date. All returns subject to 10% restocking fee. Contact us for return instructions. For warranty returns, contact us for return/replacement instructions.
